Explain how it's an oxymoron? You can do anything in the match. Meaning you can crack someone over the head with a chair repeatedly, and also that you would never have to tag out or tag in. There is no way to DQ you by nature of the rules. But you have to obey tag rules? Do tag rules allow the use of weapons? The matches rule set negates itself. tl;dr you can't have a traditional tag match that is also a No DQ match.

Tag rules are as simple as having valid tags (white rope) that indicating who can or cannot get the pin. Nothing about this overlaps with someone being disqualified

More to the point, no DQ means exactly that, no disqualification. As in, things that would normally get you disqualified no longer get you disqualified. You do not get disqualified for trying to do a pin involving a person that isn't legal. There's no penalty for it, the ref just won't count the pin. So No DQ has nothing to do with it, because you wouldn't get disqualified for it in a normal match.
