The issue with AEW is that is inherently full of people who refuse to swallow their pride. Going to WWE means that in most cases not only do you accept less money in the short term but that you will also go through training in the performance center from current and ex wrestlers that you may believe you are better than. A lot of people can't handle this or just flat out don't like being told what to do, so they bounce around on the indies or go to AEW where they can do whatever the fuck they want. It was the same problem with WCW, Jericho has talked plenty about how he did whatever he wanted without needing to get it approved, like the Ralphus shit.
And so you end up with people ad libbing matches with no care for where the cameras are, and most of them not knowing how to even do a worked punch properly. Not to mention Moxley so obviously cutting himself open in plain view of the camera, or talking to his opponents mid match about what retarded spot they're going to do next
