No. It'll just look marginally better but it will not have noticeable improvement in the existing gameplay or its story and every added feature will break the games difficulty. Which is exactly what happened with every other MGS remake, and almost every vidya remake in the world.

The actual remake of 3? Who knows. But it’ll be nice getting the Legacy collection contents off of PS3 and 360 and on to modern platforms. Hoping 4 finally escapes its PS3 prison.
