ECW never comes back, no ONS. William Regal isn't the only person in the room who thinks Benoit could've done something fucked up in 2007. The wellness policy is probably implemented earlier. I don't know if the science was there in 2002, but I think with this being on tape, ECW being so violent, the CTE discussions start earlier. Speaking of Benoit, Vince doesn't do that tribute show thing, it doesn't even cross his mind.
