>>10969371>NJPW HAS HIM, SO HE HAS TO BE GOODNJPW had Strong Man in 2 fucking G1s. NJPW kept Captain New Japan employed for over a decade. NJPW still has singles Yujiro Takahashi matches.
I am a NJPW fanboy at times, but you take it to a complete new level. This company can make bad decisions too, open your eyes.
>He tells a good story in the ringThe audience doesn't seem to agree as they're in silence bored out of their skulls. His story is that he's a smart veteran that has a lot of experience, but in his Gabe Kidd match, for example, he beat him by... Just doing offense back on him at the end. Then, in the Hikuleo match, he had that spot with the knee brace that also got essentially 0 reaction.
>You think the wily veteran outwrestling the rookies is getting in "too much offense?"How the fuck does he outwrestle anyone when his physique looks like shit and his strikes look worse than Narita's? Because the booker said he did. But it doesn't match what we're actually seeing. That means he's a bad worker.
More to the point, Gabe Kidd, a young lad, just got the crowd on their feet delivering an actually well laid out brawl and match against Kaito. Chase, the supposed smart veteran, has been in the company for 6 years and can't get any sort of reaction like that, not just for himself, which is to be expected, but for the opponents he's playing foil to. And not only do you defend Chase Owens by saying he's "fine" (He isn't even that), you say that he had a better tournament than Gabe Kidd.
He's shit. End of story. NJPW has a big blind spot with him and you're an actual retard if you can't see it either.
