At this point, and this is in 2021 mind you, he asked if I was debuting in WWE. There was no travel then and I laughed and I believe this may have offended him. Then HHH said he was very sorry for the confusion and the offer was rescinded. I said I wasn’t going to take it anyway and he said he rescinded it before I could reject it. It was very odd but, knowing what I know now, I believe he was having health problems at the time.”
