I always assumed there was some kind of rule in their contracts that if you are in or around an arena and a signed wrestler then you allow that stuff to happen
Otherwise every other wrestler would be getting arrested each week

Because you still aren't allowed to commit murder. Even if you signed a contract saying you waive the right to sue for someone shooting you with a gun a judge would throw that out in the blink of an eye.
