1. UFC is not interested in wrestling shitters. Only proved main event guys could've gotten the offer.
2. Taking it means you ruin your relationship with Vince forever, and you're probably never going back to the fed. The only way to get back would be getting massively over in UFC, like Brock did.
3. You actually need a martial arts base to get over.
4. CM Punk was there just to collect a paycheck. Easy money.
