If you look for people who've actually worked matches with Lufisto previously, this narrows things down a lot. In fact there are only two on Dark/Elevation from the looks of things: Machico and Billy Starkz. Billy Starkz wouldn't complain about being stiffed because she stiffed the signed workers including Britt kek. The Machico match has a few things that look like they could have been stiff but was from a very long time ago (AEW Dark 11 from 2019!)
However there have also been unsigned talent on the TV shows against Britt. Of them, Priscilla Kelly and Ashley "shouldn't have liked that tweet" D'Amboise have also previously worked matches involving Lufisto. And if you look at signed talent, Serena Deeb's worked with Lufisto in the past, as has former signed talent Shanna.
Of course, if you expand from having worked a match with Lufisto to having been on the same show as Lufisto, you might well find a lot more people. But as I said I'm a bit lazy, and that would require exponentially more effort.
