They hate themselves and their body and don't know why, so they try and make themselves look as good as possible but the feelings don't go away.
Gender Dysphoria, in their case, is a symptom of Gender Dysmorphia which is genuine physiological condition that the only effective treatment for is the HRT. Most of them don't have genital dysphoria, which is something most self identifying trannies have.
But I guess it depends on what you mean by a tranny. Instead of just shitposting about it I actually did some research into it so I could know the enemy and it does seem like Tyler Reks is tru trans.
