Outsiders had $1.45 million each for Scott and Kev respectively ($2.9 million combined) - in 1996 this would equal $2.825 million each in 2023. So in order for the Bucks to earn more then, then for both of them combined as a team the contract would have to be more then $5.65 million. Which if this is the case is fucking ludicrous, so I hope to god it doesn't.

Ain't it funny how we're conditioned to think a wrestler getting a few million over several years is insane, when every other pro athlete makes that taking a shit in training camp? Not to mention when they're raking in over a milly in ticket sales to every PPV, and that's not to speak of the merch whew. At least, far as I know, AEW guys don't have to pay for their own food and hotel and car and shit like WWE guys do.

Yeah, people forget that while the wrestling part is fun, we're here to cheer on carnys carnying money marks. The bucks have done an entertaining job of it thus far, omega included. Reality is that Elite aren't as over as AEW marks believe they are, they haven't been since the suspension and that stupid 3 way title best of seven piece of shit feud. Ratings prove it, they are washed out by all metrics. Nor are they worth the pay out because of that, Matt's pushing 40 - they are on the Hardys trajectory of relevancy because they got over in a style they can't keep up with.

If Tony is so dumb to believe it matters, that anyone would give a shit if Bucks left to Impact or NXT, or if he is so fucking dumb that he doesn't think he has enough hi-paid lazy fuckers around that he couldn't get a milly anywhere in the future without the Bucks. Well I can only salute and toast Matt and Nick for truly finding the dumbest, easiest to convince and richest money mark in the world, willing to pay for their shitty taste in shoes and sitting in the catering. Lucky bastards.
Same goes to Mox, if his salary is what is rumored, there is nothing to justify it, not even the name recognition.
