Forget the fact the match will go to shit, you've got a set amount of time you need to hit. If you go home early just because all you remember is the finish or if for whatever reason you've gone way overtime trying to remember what you planned (which is way worse), you've fucked the format of the show. You're either going to stall and kill the crowd, or you're going to eat time from other people's shit.
