In my personal opinion, he's top 3 at least in the past 20 years. He came up at a time where every 2nd wrestler was a roided up meathead and he never really had any sort of character until cowboy Brock, despite all that he managed to break out as one of the top draws, single handedly put UFC on the map as well. His in ring work is unmatched and the IT factor he has is insane. Even in his 40s he just kept improving, became interesting on the mic, developed a cool character and so on.
