whether it was lesnar or reigns, WWE has been dominated by Heyman constantly. he's the one who does most of the talking too.
he just lobbies to be attached to whoever the top guy is and marks eat it up and think he must be this great manager.
that and a lot of people can't remember other managers because it's just been heyman for the longest time
all the old managers were active at the same time competing with each other.
there's no competition for heyman
