Anon, talent and WWE themselves have talked about it. If you work for the WWE and are active roster (not hanging at catering) you are wrestling a LOT of matches. Talent has to cover their travel and are trying to keep working out and recover between matches. Anyone with a brain will try to lessen the impact of the matches they are doing when they are wrestling that often.
