Vince and Paul missed the boat. They gave him the Harland gimmick as a rib and then never did anything with him. After he got released they realized how tapped in and how much clout he has online and wanted him back, but he signed with AEW. The plan for the Mogul Affiliates was to have Swerve turn on him and turn Parker face, with Parker going over in their feud. Then he was marked to win the TNT title from Luchasaurus but his injury derailed those plans. Expect big things once he's healed up though.
