Yes, both are fake titles won by fake wrestlers scripted to win in a fake fighting theater promotion. Neither mean jack shit, you are just a mark. Vince was right when he said titles are just props. Look at how often the title changed hands in both WCW and WWF during the mid 90s-early 00s and it was indisputably the best period of wrestling ever.
