NBCU had an exclusive negotiating window and decided to focus on Raw, which opened the window for WWE to negotiate with FOX.

That's an oversimplification. SmackDown gets lower ad rates, but for the amount of programming, it's cheaper than other shows. Having said that, if Khan is serious about doubling their rights, yes, FOX is likely going to balk at that and SmackDown will go back to cable.

That's parachuting in on one week. Dynamites on Saturday did varying levels of terrible, but Collision in a stable time slot has been fairly stable (when a WWE PPV isn't on anyway). It'll go down a lot, obviously, but it'll still probably win its timeslot and its night most of the time.
