Let's say Cody and Roman II does happen at WM40, and Cody goes over to become the new Universal Champion. What do you do with him after that? Who is booked even remotely strong enough to be a worthy competitor for a Cody feud? Brock or Roman won't be options, and Seth and the Judgement Day are preoccupied with their midcard title. Is anyone truly Universal Title level at this point?
