Naturally, the Japanese get good at everything eventually, no matter how niche or clandestine so this tradition is a total rort. Hell, they probably only went there because of the English name and logo, there would've been heaps of yakiniku places, and if they found out what that was, they'd be perfectly happy there. I went to so many burger and BBQ joints during my stay in Japan it was nuts, and they were all good. None of them were Ribera.
