1. Hire Cornette/Russo as creative and give them so much money they are forced to coexist and filter each other out
2. Hire Bret Hart as the main trainer/agent.
3. Hire Angle, RVD and Foley as supporting trainers, then snatch AJ Styles after he retires.
4. Double A or JR as head of talent relations.
5. Ban Hogan, Nash, Jarrett, Bischoff, The Elite and CM Punk from approaching my company in any way, shape or form.
6. Give a small fortune to John Cena and turn him heel.
7. Main event scene focused on larger than life characters, segments and promos.
8. Midcard scene focused on longer matches with technical and old-school territory style wrestling, overlapping with the main event when needed.
9. Spot monkey division and title but they NEVER challenge for the world or the midcard title, they have their own belt.
10. Women's wrestling is non-existent or eye candy. Attractive women in my fed are valets which occasionally have a 3 minute match when the story asks for it.
11. Any time someone pulls the bullshit "doesn't work for me brother" ego trip card and doesn't want to lay down if the booking demands it or goes into the business for himself in any way, they get fined and suspended from TV for a month.
12. Cross-fed shows are allowed with anyone except AEW, I don't want my stars looking like retards.
13. The overall presentation of the fed is gnarly, grungy and unpredictable, not to ECW levels but constantly pushing the envelope with the risk of pissing the sponsors off.
14. TV show is structured in a soap opera format with constant cliffhangers at ad breaks and the end of each show, but the matches have a sense of realism to them.
15. TV matches don't go over 10 minutes under any circumstances.
16. Try to make even the most throwaway match have at least some kind of story behind it. Makeshift six-man tags and the like are strictly prohibited.
17. Woke shit is banned.
18. Garbage wrestling is banned.
19. Supernatural and rip-off gimmicks are banned.

I'd pay some of the anemic looking guys to bulk up, get a trainer or two to teach them something other than flips as it's only gonna take them so far
I only take maybe 30-45 guys, so there's a main event, upper card, midcard, and tag team divisions present.
Take the number of guys and cut it in half and boom, women's roster cause I'll have to have one.
TV is two hours, focus on building big money matches on PPV, but have short matches of 3-9 minutes in between
Put my top guys all over the place on TV to get people lured into the wrestling

every Friday do RAW Underground basically and have it be full of promos, swearing, cat fights etc go all out and purposely be controversial
hire a prolific artist to make themes for wrestlers like BONES, HEALTH etc and license the rest of the music out completely
boomer commentator on the weekly show and the weekend Friday fuckfest should have minimal commentary maybe even a fucking NBA Street Vol 2 tier DJ but maybe that's pushing it, find an alternative to traditional play by play in this setting.

Make it more of a show about wrestling instead of a full-on worked combat sport. Similar to Lucha Underground. Everyone has a personality/gimmick and a purpose on the show. There will be one big "story arc" per 'season', and all of the uppercard storylines will tie into that. And one for the undercard too. I will be biased towards roided out wrestlers but there will be a bit of everything. No heckin weckin eppy weppy superkick party soi cornball Reddit comedy shit. All female wrestlers will be required to be barefoot 100% of the time. I will have a female parody of the Nasty Boyz who do their own version of the pit stop.

Yeah they got AJ, Rollins, Reigns, Gunther, and Theory but the NXT kids are the ones they're planning on for the future

You do that and WWE is gonna have to forcibly take indie shitters or have to rely on the same guys for a bit while they spend a few years building their next big attraction
