Dave does realize that the only people watching Swann-Omega were AEW fans, right? And it was a tiny fraction of that audience that bothered to watch their Champion in another company. And that the "growth" when Omega was Champ was down to NXT moving nights and Punk/Danielson's rumored arrival/debuts? When Omega initially took the belt from Mox ratings plummeted.

I do like the fact that he basically conceded that the Bucks are anti-draws though.

Impact went from 200k with Jordynne Grace in the main event to less than 75k with Kenny, and never recovered. They lost viewers when they partnered with AEW. PPV numbers are not fully available, but his point about them doing more numbers once when they have a new partnership is idiotic. Of course they might bump it once aa people expect something to happen, but long term, Impact had nothing but losses from this

Kenny's first Impact episode had the most viewers in 2020. The twitch chat spammed "where's Kenny?" that made Impact viewers seethe throughout entire shows. Even Brian Cage's wife told people to talk about other parts of the show. Pretty sure AEW fans left because Kenny wasn't featured all that much and Impact fans were being sour as someone who tuned in and got bored as well. The Tony Khan promos for Dynamite were the best thing going on in Impact during that time.

Drawfags are the absolute worst. The only true way to gauge if you're a draw is merch sales. Gauging it by who is on the top of a card is fucking stupid. If you really believe that All Out 2021 did good numbers because of Kenny Omega vs. Christian instead of the return of CM Punk , you're delusional.

This is true. But if you look at AEW PPV buyrates, the ones that Kenny main evented weren't the biggest ones.
In fact the lowest buyrate AEW PPV has done was main evented by Omega vs Moxley
