i never got the appeal of the fake belts, they look cheap and are probably a pain in the ass to carry at a show

I'll agree with that. I could see buying a replica belt to hang on the wall or something, maybe even bringing it to a show if you're sitting in the front. But these guys who throw it over their shoulder and strut around like they won it are cringe. I feel that I should be legally allowed to challenge them for their belts under 24/7 rules.
