The run from 73 to 74 was also pretty decent with Cardona showing up, the Briscoes having kino matches on the reg and the Crockett Cup event but everyting went to shit as soon as Tyrus became the champ. It’s not an hyperbole: Corgan genuinely lost the plot when Tyrus became his champ with the booking being completely nonsensical, the ppvs qualities tanking and the weekly shows production value complete degrades from weeks to weeks.
