When Vince was getting started buying out territories and/or the stars of them he went to Ole with an offer. Ole figured Vince was bullshitting him with how much he could make and told him to fuck off. Vince comes back later with Linda and tries to set up another meeting with Ole, who tells them the quote in the OP. Vince vows to never work with Ole for the rest of his life
