At Cash Wheeler’s arraignment this morning, the prosecution noted that the incident was "believed to be a road rage incident" and that during that incident Wheeler allegedly "flashed a gun" at the other party.

Wheeler's attorney stated that he did not know the other parties.
Wheeler's bond was set for $2500 and he was ordered to turn in any weapons he may own to the Orange County Sherriff's Office within 12 hours of his release pending the resolution of the criminal case against him.

He was also ordered to not have any contact with the alleged victims or any witnesses.

Wheeler had previously plead not guilty via his attorney on August 3

If the other witness are friends of the alleged victim a good defense attorney could easily have their testimonies cut to shreds. Remember criminal cases the burden of proof is higher to convict someone. Cash has to be found guilty without reasonable doubt and Cash as a good lawyer so the odds are in favor of him beating this.
