Bayley was giving Iyo bad instructions throughout the match since Damage Ctrl's gimmick is that they fuck everything up and miscommunicate. The spot was supposed to be that Bayley was calling her over to tag but changes at the last second to telling her to stop Charlotte. There was a mistiming. Etierh Iyo and Bayley should have started the spot sooner or Charlotte should have taken longer to get to her corner.

The thing is they've been doing miscommunication spots since even before Dakota Kai was injured. It's literally part of their gimmick. Also I don't think they can afford to split Damage Ctrl yet since they still need Bayley to speak for Iyo. She would sink on her own. They're probably just going to tease it forever.
