If they are so intent on collabing together, why doesn't Paul just sign them both back and book them as a tag team?

One is a crippled past-prime worker made of glass but is walking charisma, the other has no charisma at all but can workrate like a motherfucker. Neither can speak English but WWE has some weeb fans that watch these Japs religiously so it's not a big deal anymore.
