Well, a lot of acts just perform there due to the different tourists in constantly. AWA did tapings for their ESPN show at a casino there for awhile. I'm guessing there are not smaller venues that could be set up and be affordable, or else something like Corgan's NWA would have a show there.

Because the local dedicated Vegas wrestling fans are such a small group and other acts take up the larger venues which is why impact, RoH and NJPW work out of Sams town and other shitty promotions are in bars downtown and the local fed is literally in a warehouse.
Unless its a WWE ppv or attached to some larger con/event people won't travel to vegas for wrestling.
