I mostly watch WWE but Rampage is the only AEW show worth watching, just an hour of wrestling. Of course it depends who's on it, if it's ZSJ or Fenix it's gonna be based, if it's women or The Young Cucks I'd rather swallow a hedgehog. But it's good for its lack of storyline focus, which is why I can't bring myself to watch Dynamite because Tony's idea of storytelling is exactly what you would expect from an autistic rich coke addict.
