WWE is stuck firmly in the wresting bubble but does poke its fingers through into the mainstream every now and then. There are former wrestling fans or casual onlookers who are familiar with names like John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Bobby Lashley, Brock Lesnar, Triple H etc. There is not a single person in AEW, besides former WWE guys, who anybody besides hardcore wrestling fans has heard of. Not a single one.
