This shit has me freaking the fuck out. I'm already in the process of making changes to my diet, and I've consulted with one of my Chad coworkers about an exercise plan. I'm still debating about getting the vax, but....
I'm honestly a little scared right now that I'm too late to make any changes, what if I have a heart attack while walking/jogging? I've been fat nearly all my life
