Honestly I saw Hogan's fridge video with Men's Health from about a month ago and he seems quite vivacious and spritely for his age. It's nice to see an old guy not murmur and wheeze like an old guy.

I don't know about 450, but WWF ran multiple shows per day and sometimes he was on both. This can be fact checked. A lot of other wrestlers have talked about working multiple shows per day back then.
