That means there would have to be 12k+ seated on the pitch which is about double what you can quite clearly see from pictures. Each block of fans clearly visible on the right side of this picture is 20*10. There are 10 blocks on the right side of this photo meaning 2k seats, a similar number on the other side, and the middle third surrounding the ring and ramp which is about the same again if not less. So you're looking at 6k on the floor at most.
So 90k is completely kayfabe. 81k is maybe possible if you believe that the empty non-tarped seats are less than 3k. I think that's unlikely though since you can see from both pictures entire sections almost completely empty on the second tier just above the hard cam tarps, and the top tier is around 3/4 full on average.
