Wembley was a great achievement, sure. But what happens next?

AEW cannot sell out and hasn't sold out a Dynamite in months. It's the lowest the company has ever been story-wise, attendance-wise, interest-wise.

Wembley wasn't a fluke. Any wrestling event can sell out in the UK pretty fast. But what now? Does AEW just move to the UK?

Having just got back from All In, I get the sense this was a 1 off for most people. I can't see them retaining a lot of this crowd come next year unless the prices are cheap because they weren't good value for a stadium show. A good lot of people I walked past were from Europe, and quite a number of Americans.

That's the feeling I got anyway.

AEW's business lives off of its TV deal plus PPV buys/gate. TV taping ticket sales alone could never make touring worth it. Even if every taping sold out it wouldn't be enough to justify running the show in itself. The TV deal itself pays for everything though, so the ticket sales are pure profit. As long as they sell more than they would sell by running Daley's Place every week, and the costs are offset by the network, then it makes business sense to do touring TV shows.
