You realise that when you get older, some people are born to lead in certain fields, others aren't. A good captain of a football team wouldn't necessarily be a good CEO, and a good CEO wouldn't necessarily have what it takes to lead a country. You can't force being a leader. It comes from gaining respect, something which very few people have for Punk. He's petty, he talks too much, he's shorter than an average wrestler, and he has the body composition of a SE Asian woman.
