A man just shoot died. Nobody who's normal is gonna base their reaction on how bad he was at his job, or on some negative job-related incident in the past. Even Austin gave a toast to Owen after his death despite the heat between them over the neck break thing, because Austin knew Owen was still a well-liked good person despite that issue
Bray was a garbage carny wrestler with weird ideas for feuds that did little to elevate other wrestlers. But no normal person is going to react like "....meh" over his death because of that
