Is there a reason why Doink wrestled so many 2 out of 3 falls matches? I’ve never been able to find an answer or think of any reason behind this booking decision.

Probably to keep heat on him by winning some falls, but not completely going over guys they wanted to push up the card. Plus, at least when Matt Borne was wearing the paint, she could go that long and carry the ones Vince was giving the push to because he was a great worker.
