Then Kenny got injured and wasn't around so Tony stopped using the joshi because he doesn't care about them or any woman that isn't Britt/Jade/ex-WWE so she suddenly went from being used to sitting in catering every show and at best wrestling on Dark Elevation (Dark if she was really lucky). You would think that given her extensive training history, including being the trainer and mentor of two of their women's champions, that she would be used to help train and produce the women but nope, they're sent to Dustin Rhodes and only if they want to.
So you have a highly successful and well respected veteran wrestler and trainer who could be used to help out the division sitting in the back doing nothing. The breaking point seemed to be when she found out on a livestream that she wasn't going to be in the TBS Championship tournament which pretty clearly upset her and since then AEW fans basically act like she should be grateful that she gets to rot away backstage.
