WWE can't draw more than 9,000 to Ryogoku every time they go there.
The last time they drew more than 10,000 in Japan was 18 years ago for TV tapings. Back when they had a much stronger presence in the Japanese market. They haven't had a domestic TV deal in Japan since 2021. WWE's visibility/popularity is at an all time low in Japan due to this. They would die on their ass if they tried to run a Tokyo Dome in the 2020s. Even if they strapped up every Jap they have under contract.
