Punk does not have a long history of substance abuse and has not been in and out of rehab several times, as he lived a straight edge lifestyle. He has also never been arrested for a DUI. Punk's blood alcohol level was .00 at the time of his arrest, which was line with the legal limit. Punk's execution was carried out by lethal injection. He is survived by his wife and dog, Larry.
