Dudebros in Affliction shirts and their beaten and battered girlfriends. There is minor overlap in wrestling fans but they are the most casual of casual. They don't actively watch and can only name Attitude Era stars and maybe John Cena.

the Saudi rumors were so strong, there was something there. and then all of a sudden Endeavor swoops in after blackmailing Vince. Endeavor probably paid off whoever in WWE leaked the dirt and info on Vince in the first place.

The UFC is actually massively profitable, which is a major problem because they're more profitable than they let on to the feds
What the UFC has been doing is taking out loans for millions up millions of dollars, and giving all that money to their executives. A lot of their revenue goes into paying off the outstanding debt they keep piling on themselves, and that gets written off as a business expense. Which means for the purposes of taxes, the UFC is showing a revenue of around 200 million in profit, when in reality they're making safely over a billion in revenue
This has really come to bite them in the ass with this new class action lawsuit, because the plaintiffs are asking for billions in damages, and it seems clear that the UFC should have that money

I used to be a diehard UFC fan, and I literally cannot name a single current UFC fighter other than Jon Jones, who I assume is still there. They have no stars whatsoever. And they’re claiming that UFC has increased in value 5-fold since the endeavor sale.

UFC will benefit from WWE’s insanely deep knowledge of creating physical products.

WWE will benefit with more mainstream coverage and acknowledgement.

UFC will get better at promoting their stars.
