Cena told Theory everything he was going to say in that promo before hand and Theory couldn't come up with a response. He had every single issue with him and his character laid out for him in shoot and in kayfabe and in a years time he hasn't improved at all.
He's in the same boat as Hangman, just not top guy material. Doesn't have the charisma, doesn't have the presence, doesn't have the instinct. And somehow, he's worse on the mic than Hangman
