Charismatic means "attractive"
So that can mean someone's physical appearance, it can mean their gift of gab, it can mean they are humourous....it literally quite simply means they are attractive in some way but it doesn't have to mean physical beauty.
For Iyo Sky, her charisma absolutely 100% comes from her visual presentation. She is visually stunning, and her moonsault is picturesque, her work and selling is best in class, and that translates to charisma for many people who are in fact stunned by her and her talents.
