Regarding the ego thing, it's tough. Look at the period she wrestled during. She was a star. She was a star under the name Chyna alone though. I can understand once she's doing things like winning the IC belt that why would she want to go back to wrestling the Toris and Jacquelines of the roster. Notably Trish was someone she was adamant against working with. But at on the other side of that same coin not everyone is going to be a Jarrett or the guys working with Lita who are willing to put over a woman. Jericho wasn't thrilled to. Austin wanted no part in it. And that's no fault of their own when they're looking out for their own spots and perception. So she hit her ceiling fast and wanted way more money than could be justified. Everything after and the all the drug addiction is very much a shame though. It sucks she never got the help she so very obviously needed.
