Ironically, it was that MJF struck the first blow against Wardlow with the RETAAAAARDED squash match at Double or Nothing. That was not a proper pay-off, and MJF screwed the fans out of a proper match. Everybody knew what was up and why MJF didn't wanna wrestle a real match. It was selfish and it fucked Wardlow.

Then Wardlow starts wearing Abercrombie and Fitch, cutting s o y promos, and someone advised Khan to put this cooling down Wardlow in a feud with Sterling, and the rest is history. But it starts with that MJF match.

Tony had absolutely no idea what to do with him after he broke away from MJF. This wouldn't have been as bad if they didn't spend 3 fucking years building up to the big Wardlow/MJF feud just to drop the ball on him completely when it was all said and done. I mean jesus, every other week they'd tease Wardlow finally snapping and beating the shit out of MJF. Everyone knew it was going to happen eventually but they did dragged it out for 3 YEARS. And it went nowhere.

The other anon is right. MJF buried Wardlow in his biggest match. That was worse than the Sterling feud, cause Wardlow was at his most over going in against MJF, and the guy flatout refused to have a match with Wardlow on a fucking PPV. That was the biggest burial.
