>>11399380I’m on his side. For me, yeah he was wrong at the scrum. But I highly doubt the bucks knocked on the door calmly and punk just started wailing on them.
Then to see the hive mind switch sides on punk in defense on the elite was insane to me. Punk had the best single year of wrestling I can remember in a long time. Did wonders for AEW. But I guess people like super kicks and Canadian destroyers more? So that made me start to loathe the bucks and all this Indy death match horse shit. Because we see what real wrestling can be when we get something like FTR vs Bullet Club.
As for this most recent incident, all reports (except meltzer of course) show Jungle boy being a spoiled brat. It feels like the clique just put a target on punks back and jungle boy got the job done.
So now instead of finally having an alternative worth watching with AEW. We’re just gonna get tna all over again.
AEW has little to no one who can cut a promo, now writers that can keep a story going, shit booking that makes no sense. 1 of the 3 shows was good, but I’m sure it will now devolve into dynamite 2.0. It’s pretty much over. They’ll stay on until their contract is up. they’ll get sold to another bs channel that no one has, and then be a YouTube exclusive. The internet does not realize that they are the elites only fans. It is a niche. Not everyone likes wrestling to be made a mockery of.
Here’s to hoping WWE eats up AEWs good talent and doesn’t treat them like dirt.
