This whole thing just stinks to me of the Booker T "locker room leader" story. Phil was given actual power on Collision and still didn't understand why people didn't respect him and it drove him ballistic. He just can't accept that he's not and never has been leadership material. He's the Dwight Schrute of wrestling.
