per his contract, AEW reserved the right to terminate the deal without having to finish payments if Phil acted like a retard and sperged out. that's why they worked through lawyers, AEW wanted Phil to have to sue them and be put under oath in a court if he wants to complain he was cheated out of his money.

Tony Khan DOES NOT want this. Anyone who has worked in AEW for awhile could easily see how shady the Khans and their money is. They have had heat in Jacksonville for awhile with law enforcement. Last thing they want is someone under oath about AEW.
