Generally being outside more, trying sports you never liked or tried before helps too for the cumulative sense of small accomplishments - so by the end of a year or during a low point you can look back and know you didn't just do repetitive day to day shit all the time.
Also works well with social goals, You feel like you do, it's normal to have be hyper or down, but you also feel the way you act. Going out and talking to people, even if its just to ask for directions, throw a random comment like "hey I like your car/coat".. it's really weird how that little interaction meaningless at it may be in brightens your mood. Take that from a someone who moped most of 2020 at home.
